Delivery and returns
Delivery is free across the UK on orders over £40. Everything else is calculated at checkout before you pay, with no charges added afterwards.
Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are packed the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working morning. We do not dispatch on Sundays or bank holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is packed, and tracking details once it is with the carrier. Delivery options and prices for your address are shown at checkout.
Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Items need to be unworn and in their original packaging, with any tags still attached.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on hijab pins, magnets or underscarves once the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty.
How to return something
- Email us with your order number and what you would like to return.
- We will reply with a return address and instructions.
- Send the item back. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we will cover the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
