Terms and Conditions

For anything to do with a delivery, a refund or an exchange, see delivery and returns first. Most questions are answered there, and it will tell you exactly what we need from you to process a return.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Thread of Iman hijab. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order.

How to Return:

1. Email us at enquiries@threadofiman.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 48 hours with your return instructions and return address.
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

Return Conditions:

– Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
– For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the hijab shows signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or has been washed. Please try on over a cap or with care.
– Items that are damaged by customer use cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange for a different colour or style, subject to stock availability. Please email us first to check stock.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 2 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery at enquiries@threadofiman.co.uk. We will cover your return postage and offer a full refund or replacement immediately.

Return Postage:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Sale Items:

Sale items can only be returned if faulty.
